With this option for representation of vehicles with commercial plates, YOU ONLY PAY US IF WE BEAT YOUR TICKETS! If, after a live hearing you are found guilty, we will pay your fine(s) with the payment you advance to us. If we win your ticket, we will return half of your savings to you. There is no limit on how many tickets you can send under this option.

If you would like to have us fight your tickets issued to your Commercial vehicle(s), please follow the instructions below.

1. Please fill out this Authorization Form.  Make sure to include a valid email account/telephone number AND a mailing address so that we can send you your results in a timely manner.
2. Fill out, and sign BEFORE A NOTARY this Affidavit explaining what type of commercial activity in which you were engaged when the ticket was issued.Additionally, please submit proof of delivery or commercial work (if this is available and applicable) that you were performing at the location on the date and time the ticket was issued. Acceptable forms of proof could be bills of lading, invoices, work orders or delivery receipts.
3. Providing a copy of your vehicle registration often creates a defense in your favor. You may additionally attach photographic evidence or witness statements, or any other documentary evidence you feel is pertinent to your defense.
4. Submit payment for the total amount of the fine(s)* as indicated on the parking ticket(s) and mail payment to the address listed below in the form of a certified check or money order made payable to M. Paget, Inc. OR, you can send us a check for the amount of the fine using PAYPAL.  Our Paypal ID is info@truckingtix.com. If you do not have a Paypal account, getting one is free and easy.

Remember:  You only pay us if we beat your ticket.  If we do not beat your ticket, then you are responsible only for the fine owed to the City.

Together with your payment, you must submit to us your ticket with the supporting evidence.  If we win the ticket, or have it reduced, we will send you a check for half of the amount of what you saved.  For example, if your ticket was for $115, we will send you $57.50 if we win.  If we do not beat your ticket, we will pay the fine on your behalf. 

COMMERCIAL PARKING TICKET CHECK LIST:
Be sure to include all of the following (1 and 3 are required)

1. Authorization Form including
   • contact information including valid address and email/phone;
   • ticket (or a copy, late notice, or summons numbers); and
   • license plate number(s) clearly indicated;  and
2. Affidavit, proof, registration; and
3. Payment for the full amount of the base fine(s)* plus any late fees that have accrued on the day your tickets are mailed.

Because it is crucial that we are able to contact you, do not forget to include your telephone number or email and a mailing address together with your materials.
