One of the core services provided at the Law Offices of Mindy R. Paget is parking ticket defense and we defend parking tickets issued to passenger vehicles on a regular basis. Having an attorney fight your ticket for you greatly increases your chances of winning. The best part is that it doesn’t cost you anything unless we beat your ticket or have it reduced.

If you would like to have us fight a ticket issued to your personal vehicle, please follow the instructions below.

1. Please fill out this Authorization Form. Make sure to include a valid email account/telephone number AND a mailing address so that we can send you your results in a timely manner.
2. It would be best for your defense if you would fill out and submit this Affidavit explaining what happened and why you think you deserve to prevail on your ticket. An affidavit is sworn testimony that allows you to provide a personal defense even if you are not present at the hearing. PLEASE NOTE that this affidavit MUST be notarized.

You may additionally attach photographic evidence or a witness statement, or any other documentary evidence you feel is pertinent to your defense.

Remember: You only pay us if we beat your ticket. If we do not beat your ticket, then you are responsible only for the fine owed to the City. Please submit payment to us for the total amount of the fine* as indicated on the parking ticket and mail payment to the address listed below in the form of a certified check or money order made payable to M. Paget, Inc. OR, you can send us a check for the amount of the fine using PAYPAL. Our Paypal ID is passengertix@truckingtix.com. If you do not have a Paypal account, getting one is free and easy.

Together with your payment, you must submit to us your ticket with the supporting evidence. If we win the ticket, or have it reduced, we will send you a check for half of the amount of what you saved. For example, if your ticket was for $115, we will send you $57.50 if we win. If we do not beat your ticket, we will pay the fine on your behalf. PASSENGER PARKING TICKET CHECK LIST:

Be sure to include all of the following

1. Authorization Form including
   • your valid address and email/phone;
   • the ticket (or a copy, late notice, or summons numbers); and
   • license plate number clearly indicated; and
2. Affidavit and any evidence you wish to submit; and
3. Payment for the full amount of the base fine(s) of your ticket(s).

Because it is crucial that we are able to contact you, do not forget to include your telephone number and mailing address together with your materials.
